I joined a design consultancy to lead a 10-person design team in developing a project. While the project primarily focused on industrial design, it provided me with a valuable opportunity to apply and enhance my leadership skills, as well as learn new soft skills essential for project management.

When I engaged in hackathons, I connected with a web 3 startup founder and stressed the significance of user research. Subsequently, I spent several months with the startup team, conducting initial user research to refine their MVP for VC pitches.

I partnered to craft a design strategy aimed at introducing a novel service to the platform, tailored to address specific needs in Mexico City and appeal to a new consumer demographic. This marked a significant milestone as the Mexican design team from DiDi proposed a new product to the headquarters' design offices in China for the first time.

I became part of a women's community dedicated to bringing more women into the web 3 ecosystem. This journey led me to participate in hackathons across Mexico City, Bogotá, and San Francisco. There, I collaborated with passionate creators to develop a range of digital products harnessing blockchain technology.
